We hold 5 under the food hygiene rating scheme.
Meals we offer:
Breakfast is available before 8:30am.
Mid- Morning snack.
A two course hot lunch is then served from noon.
Afternoon tea is served between 4 and 5pm.
We regard meal times and important part of our daily routine. They give the children the opportunity to develop skills, independence and manners.
Our food is freshly prepared and cooked daily by our experienced cooks. The weekly menus are planned to offer a healthy balanced diet that is nutritious, adapting where needed for weaning stages, dietary and cultural requirements.
A healthy diet is essential to ensure that full mental and physical potential is reached to optimise growth and development.
We have a qualified Physical Activity and Nutrition Co-ordinator as a part of our team who is active in improving the health and wellbeing of children, helping to establish a culture of healthy choices for lifelong wellbeing.
We are guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage Nutrition guidance as well as the "HENRY" programme.
We also offer Kidz in the kitchen, which are weekly cooking activities.

All meals are served with seasonal vegetables. In winter the children are served with a hot pudding and in the summer something lighter.
