TickTock Kitchen

We have been awarded 5 stars by Environmental Health for food safety.

The food is freshly prepared by our experienced cook. We do not use nuts in the nursery, we work hard to plan nutritious and well balanced meals throughout the day.

Breakfast is available until 8:30am.

Morning snack with milk or water is available from 10am.

A two course hot lunch is then served from 12:30 noon.

Afternoon tea is served at 4pm which varies between hot and cold dishes.

Staff encourage children to relax whilst eating. Meal times are social occasions, using good table manners and sensible behaviour. Children are encouraged to eat savoury before sweet as well as try a variety of flavours.

Our oldest children are encouraged to help set the table and prepare snack. 

We also offer Kidz in the kitchen, which are weekly cooking activities.

Sample Menu

All meals are served with seasonal vegetables. In winter the children are served with a hot pudding and in the summer something lighter.
